what would you get for..
your FIL's gf? i'm trying to think of what to get her and i'm drawing a blank. hubs and i have only met her twice and he doesn't know either.
what about MIL? the only thing i've got so far is PS I Love You on dvd..any suggestions there?

If it was me I think I would contact FIL and ask him a little about her, her interests and such. I know that if I were in her shoes at Christmas or anytime, just the fact that someone in the family tried to know what I liked and was genuinely interested in giving me a personal gift would mean so much. Many times people in her position kind of feel left out and like outsiders anyway, even if it's only in their own minds. Not saying that's the case with her but it's a thought.
