How much for plumber to install a water line to our refridgerator??

We live in an old house, so we had an old fridge, one with no ice maker etc. We recently bought a new fridge with water and an ice maker and I was curious if anyone had any clue how much that may cost to put in a water line under the house to the fridge?? The sink is on the other wall and the bathroom has a room between where the kitchen is. I was curious, we have some people saying its an easy job and should not cost more than a couple hundred, if that, then another saying its a few thousand dollar job... I have a plumber coming for an estimate tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone knew or had any idea of what the cost may be... Thanks
