I need to pick one eventually. And...every time I look online or even in stores, they seem to have so few to see.

Are you someone who is going to carry way too much stuff around or someone who just needs the basics and a little extra space?

Mine is nothing fancy. It is Fisher Price brand and I got it from Walmart. It is brown with green trim. I love it because it is so big and I am an over packer that is the most important part us figuring out what you will be bringing and if there is a spot for it all. Oh and this one has a thing for wipes on the outside which is so much more awesome than I thought it would be!

Oh and we FF and used Playtex drop ins so I was able to keep two bottles full of water in the bag and a small can of formula to make bottles on the go.

DH got a diaper bag as well but it is much smaller and has less storage. We use it now since we don't have to pack as much for her now. It is just a silver one that was like 20 bucks at Walmart.

I like my jj cole tote from BRU but I CD and need the space. If you are going to use sposies and don't carry a whole lot then I would go with something smaller.

I am definitely the type that will probably carry a fair bit of stuf. And since for awhile it'll replace my purse, I want room for sure.

Also, I *think* I would prefer a messenger that I could carry cross body eventually.

I had a large one that carried everything. I just used a wallet that could hold some extras and placed that in my diaper bag. I haven't used a diaper bag in so long, so I don't remember what I used. But the next time around, I will be using either a regular bag, like something that's large enough to fit a textbook and a binder, or I will be using a backpack/messenger bag.

I have the Skip Hop Duo.  I love it.  I love all the pockets and I love that I can either wear it on my shoulder or messenger style.  It also clips easily to the stroller.

I looked at a Skip Hop one, not sure if it was the duo, or not, but didn't love the magnetic closure on the main pocket instead of a zipper. Do you have issues with that?

I have the skip hop studio and I love it. It looks more purse-like than some bags and it holds a ton and has lots of compartments for things. (and it does have a zip closure)

I have to tell you. We got a Eddie Bauer that we liked, was reasonably priced and DH wouldn't mind carrying too. the inseams are tearing. We got a free one from the hospital when we had DS and we use that one for daycare and it's in better shape than the one we only use when we go to families or on a outing.

really like it. the magnet doesn't bother me. love that it clips to the stroller. It holds a fair bit, but I would't say a *ton* of stuff.

I have a JJ Cole Satchel, it's big but I like it bc I CD. It has handles and a long strap that comes off. It also comes with clips so it easily hangs off your stroller handles.

I also have a skip hop duo that was handed down to me. It's nice if I don't need as much stuff. I don't like that it's deep instead of wide, things fall to the bottom and are hard to find.

I obviously haven't used mine yet, but I got a Kate spade baby bag and I'm obsessed with it!

The only concern with a magnet closure is that it will be easy for LO to figure out and a lot of LO's like to empty the diaper bag whenever they get the chance!

Nah.  I never close it anyway.

I have the same Skip Hop Duo that was linked and we've been using it for 2 1/2 + yrs so obviously it's well made and has suited our needs.  I actually like the magnetic closure because it makes stuff easier to get to/grab when you are trying to wrangle/carry a baby as well.  And I love the stroller clips.  So convenient.

I also have the Skip Hop Studio and do like that it's a bit wider than the Duo (more structured bottom), so it makes things easier to rummage for inside.  But we just started using that one regularly.

I have a jj cole and love it. I hang it from the stroller with the clips that came with it.

A Land's End canvas tote with a zip top.  Certainly not glamorous, but I like it.

DS does this. On the plus sidei can set him in the corner at the chiro and let him dig while I get adjusted. It makes the appointments a lot easier.

Petunia pickle, backpack. I like it, I've had three and never loved any of them. I've got my eye on a Kate spade, I didn't pull the trigger and now regret it.

I have a skip hop in the closet, I might bring that one out... Get something you love. Anything can be a 'diaper bag'. The only think I really like is the pockets on the sides that hold the bottles.
