Shailene Woodley doesn't like the tag line either!

Fans aren't the only ones who were a bit put off by the tagline featured on the movie poster for Fault in Our Stars. The lead star herself -- Shailene Woodley -- felt the approach was a bit unsettling.

"I had a really strong response to it," Woodley, 22, tells Entertainment Weekly in a new interview. "It's definitely — it's not a tagline that I probably would have chosen by any means."

The film adaptation from John Green's bestselling YA novel centers on two cancer-stricken teens, Hazel (Woodley) and Augustus (Ansel Elgort). Earlier this month, the first poster for the film was released, with the characters smiling at each other on the ground and Woodley using a breathing tube. The only problem with this almost picture-perfect moment? The tagline: "One Sick Love Story."

Though Woodley isn't exactly thrilled with the outcome, she admits that it's usually difficult to please all fans anyway. "But I think that there's so many people who are so passionate about this book that there's nothing that will ever satisfy everyone," she continued. "So I think it was just up to the discretion of the marketing mavens. For me, it was — yeah, not something I would have chosen. But it seems like half the people love it and half the people don't like it.

Side note: I told Madison about the poster and then took her online to see it (WITHOUT mentioning anything about the tagline).  She noticed right away and said to me "Is this a joke?" and when I said "no" she said "Who thinks this is a smart idea? Obviously not someone who even read the book!"
Yup- that's from a 12 year old.
