Pipes update...

He got the space heaters. No improvement. He had been dripping the water all day to prevent further freezing, but nada. Oh, and he claimed our original space heater wasn't working. I get home. I get the space heater to work and insist on putting it in the downstairs bathroom. And I said can you PLEASE actually RUN the hot water in the upstairs bathroom? It may help open up the pipes. He tried to get all science-y on me as to a million reasons why it won't work. I got bitchy, again, and made him do it. He leaves to go shower at his parents. 10 minutes later, guess what? The downstairs shower is working properly again, we have the upstairs toilet back, and the cold water has returned in both sinks in the upstairs bathroom. SCIENCE MY FUCKING ASS. I want to make him spend the next hour filling up bins with hot water and having it run down the tub and the kitchen sink. Why don't men LISTEN?!?!? And why wouldn't he at least TRY it? AAARGH!!
But now, I can at least shower at home.
