I know it's still early and I shouldn't compare my last pregnancy with this pregnancy, but I haven't had any symptoms other than slight bloating and a missed period. I did feel a little nauseous yesterday, but I think I ate too much. By this time last pregnancy, I had extreme back ache and really sore boobs.
Did anyone else have barely any symptoms early on. BTW, I'm only 5 weeks. I think I'm just being overly cautious.

I'm right there with you overanalyzing and worrying. I'd much rather have the symptoms and be sort of miserable than feel perfectly fine.

Fatigue didn't start until about 10-11 weeks (and then I was down for the count until 23 weeks lol).

Nope, definitely not. I'm convinced that this is just to give you practice for when the kids do come because you'll be worrying all the time after they're born too :P
