I have a lot of respect for Tebow as a person and an athlete, but i LOVE the team..not necessarily him, so I didn't know what to put.

Ok so I think Tebow is a really good person doing nice things. Plus he's cute to boot. But I'm not a fan of the team. I'm pulling for them to win the BCS Title game b/c the are from the SEC.

I haven't voted, but I've met his whole family.  The last time UF was at AU, they tailgated with my tailgate.  They are nice, and I think he's a good kid, but again, he doesn't make the team.

I respect Tim Tebow...he seems to be a really great person, and yes he is cute but like everyone else said one man does not make the team.  I'm an Auburn fan, but I don't have anything against Florida, unless they are playing Auburn so I am totally rooting for them tonight because they are in the SEC and when it comes down to it I am an SEC girl.  So I wasn't sure what to put either.

I just changed it to "Respect the guy, but am not a Florida fan."  Maybe this will cover more bases.

His family is VERY religious and he met his brother I think (?!?!?) this summer on a mission trip which I thought was awesome.  However, he claims to have NEVER touched alcohol and never gone out while in college.......... if that is true (and I'm NOT here to judge by any means) then that is a HUGE record, better then that of which he has as QB, b/c have any of you been to Gainesville?!!?!?  HUGE party town!!!!!!

I'm being funny here and I hope yall know that.

His family was great when we met them, super nice. And they said they LOVE coming to Auburn b/c it is a wonderful school, town and the people are THE BEST.  It was a great compliment.

I always found it funny that EVERY time his parents are in the stadium, the Tebows ALWAYS get a shot on tv, cracks me up.

I love Tim, but it's the team as a whole that make things happen. He's the first to say the other guys deserve a lot of credit. He's doesn't do what he does alone. So either of those positive responses work for me.

TOTALLY agree Lauren and I think that goes for any team (that it's not just one guy).  I think a great team player is one who admits that the whole team deserves credit (and a coach should say this too).  I do think that he helped them get motivated when they needed it.

I'm a DIEhard Bama fan, but I LOVE me some Tebow.  He's a good kid and a HARD worker and college football needs more young men like him!

I guess I am in the minority....but I am a big Tebow fan....but not a big FL fan!  Like I said in a pp....I think he is a great kid...and a wonderful role model for the youth of our nation.  I just have never been a huge FL fan....and I just don't care for Urban Meyer! 

My hubby is a huge Oklahoma fan...and just loves Bob Stoops.  They have a HUGE offense....so I think they might put up a test for the Gators.  I am sure that FL will come out on top....but it will likely be a high scoring game!  Oh and lets not forget about Sam Bradford.  He is a powerhouse of a QB!  I love my Tebow....but Bradford is also an outstanding player....I mean...he did win the Heisman this year! 

All in all....I think it will be a very interesting game to watch!  I think both teams have outstanding players...but I think the Gators will walk away with the trophy

I'm originally from Alabama, so I snuck onto this board...way more happening than Kentucky's Anyway, I know it's anonymous, but I voted way over rated because, like many have said, he doesn't make the team.  Sports announcers have forgotten that fact and I'm sick of it! I will admit I like his off the field accomplishments...I'd like to see him in the NFL if for no other reason (though I think he'd make a more effective running back. Otherwise he's the next Matt Leinart).
