I am so sick of trying to figure out what to eat for lunch. I eat lunch at home every day and I'm running out of ideas. So, if you take your lunch to work or eat at home alot, what do you eat? I'm going to the grocery store today and want to get several new options. It needs to be pretty quick and easy and not really require alot of prep work or cooking time b/c I have Caleb with me, of course. And, I'm not really into the frozen meals too much b/c they usually don't taste good to me and they don't fill me up.
Some things I do now (and I'm sick of) are turkey sandwiches, salads, Publix chicken salad on toast and leftovers from dinner.)
Re: Talk to me about Lunch foods...
I'm with you on the frozen meals - I never eat them because they're either gross or not filling. However, the quesadillas from Weight Watchers are the one exception for me.
Lately I've been on a PBJ and fruit kick. However, I will also eat Perdue Chicken Nuggets (they are fresh, not frozen and take about 9 minutes to bake in the oven), leftovers from dinner, tuna sandwiches, scrambled eggs whites and an Alternative bagel (from Publix), Progresso soup, and every once in a while I'll get some sort of appetizer type thing (like egg rolls or pigs in a blanket - which I know aren't the healthiest things ever, which is why it's once in a while) and cook them.
I eat lunch at home about 3x a week.
I feel you on the frozen foods, but Stouffer's Vegetable Lasagna is good. I keep at least 2 or 3 in the freezer at work and eat them every week. Marie Callendar has some new frozen skillet meals that are good: honey roasted turkey and the honey roast chicken. The turkey one has sweet potatoes in it.
Aside from those, sometimes I try to make a casserole to eat for lunch for a few days, but not for dinner. That way I don't have it twice in one day or have to make lunch for each day. The Marie Callendar Honey Roasted Turkey has provided me a good three days of lunch before...
whenever we had ground beef leftover from tacos, for lunch i would get a half a pita, ground beef, lettuce, salsa, a little bit of cheese and a few olives and it was really good. i ate this alot when i was doing LA Weight Loss.
Blog!
Whenever I have free time I cook a bunch of meals and put them in the freezer. I try to always have beef and chicken enchiladas, homemade marinara sauce, chili (both beef and white chicken), pasta e fagoli, chicken noodle soup, baked ziti...stuff like that. I divide them up and freeze them in single serving portions
Then in the morning I can just grab something and by lunch it will have defrosted.

I eat at home at least 4 days a week. I know you said you didn't like freezer type stuff but I like bagel bites every now and then. Lean Cuisines have good pizzas too. You could add some carrots on the side with dressing or some pretzels to help fill you up.
I love Campbells Chicken corn chowder ! Also sometimes I get tired of regular sandwiches and I do grilled cheese with pickles and chips.
I rarely eat lunch at home... but I do have a rec for a prepackaged soup. V8 makes little soup cartons now... they are actually relatively healthy compared to some of the other prepackaged soups. All the flavors I've tried have been great.
