My SMIL "knows" Stephanie from the Bachelor...

Ha! I got some good dish about her today.  My SMIL works at Lifeway Bookstore in Huntsville and she said that Stephanie is a frequent customer for the past 5-6 years.

She said that before the money (due to the insurance settlementm, most likely), her and her mom would come in and buy art prints, and then 2-3 months later return them. 

She also commented that she ALWAYS wears too much make up.

Wow! That's funny. I think she wears too much makeup. They showed a pool sceen Monday night and she had a little on and she looked reall pretty. But when she is done up she looks too much like a Vegas Show Girl or something.

It's common in retail... People usually do it for two reasons

1) if they're showing a house they're selling, they'll do it to "stage" the house

2) they're impulse buyers and end up needing the money they spent on trivial things later for bills.

There are other, more scandalous reasons but I won't go into that =P

Yeah, everyone that knows her says that she (and especially her mom) are all about status and appearances.  She was a pageant girl...I think that's why she wears so much make-up.  Someone needs to tell her, "Honey, this aint no pageant!"  However, I must say that she seems really sweet.  All the girls seem to really like her and I think it's b/c they are not threatened by her.  She's not as pretty as the others, ya know.

Oh well that makes since, I just did not realize you could return things like paintings, but oh well. I do agree that the girls on the show do seem to like her. BUT that GREEN dress. OMG what was she thinking, IMO that dress was ugly.

I agree, she seems sweet on the show. Jason seems to like her. She gets the one on one date Monday night(previews). That makes sense that she is a pagent girl. She's not as pretty as some of the other girls I agree. I think Jason is compelled by her story too.
