XP : Need travel help
Hi ladies!
Dave and I are going to take a trip to Australia to activate my permanent residency and catch up with friends, but are looking for packages to do areas of Asia as well.
I found a website, www.airbrokers.com, and have requested a quote from them. We would go from LA to Fiji, Melbourne, Bali, Hong Kong and back to LA. Does anyone know of any other good discount travel agency sites with similar types of fares?
The only absolute destinations
need to be Australia and Bali (I need to activate my Australian
permanent residency and my BIL is getting married in Bali), but we
would like to throw in a couple other destinations while we're over
there. We're not totally set on Fiji or Hong Kong..I've already been to Hong Kong and would rather go somewhere else in SE Asia over Hong Kong again.
Anybody care to share recommendations for travel agents?

that's a lot of stops but sounds like a fun trip. Have you thought about getting a travel agent? Or what about looking up on what people suggest on tripadvisor.com?
Also, if you haven't been to Thailand or Beijing, I'd suggest those over going to Hong Kong since you've been there. Everyone I've known that's gone to Thailand absolutely loved it and it's cheap when you get there. I loved Beijing personally.

I about 6 weeks traveling throughout China. I would prefer Thailand or Vietnam or someplace in SE Asia over China again. I've heard good things about Thailand and have friends who have been there and loved it.
I've thought about a travel agent, but I have no clue who to go through/who is good, etc.
