Classes in Nashville

I've decided I need something fun to learn . . . but really don't care what!  (I just like the process of learning!)

Anyone here take any classes?  Sewing, language, cooking, whatever!  Can you recommend the subject and/ or your instructor?

Are you interested in knitting??? I found it to be a great for helping with stress and I am totally addicted now.  Bliss Yarns in Brentwood holds classes and they are super nice.

Danceworld has group and private lesson in all sorts of dance.  I have really enjoyed working with a girl there named Jennifer.

Watkins Art College also has a battery of continuing ed courses throughout the year.

All of the craft stores have craft classes.  I know JoAnn fabrics has cake decorating and scrapbooking and quilting.  I think they also have card making and stuff like that.

Whole Foods also has cooking classes, Cheekwood has some painting classes and Tennessee Foreign Language Institute has different languages classes both day and night.
