As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Took my first ZUMBA class
It was so much fun! Tiffany went with me too. I can't wait for next thursday!!

we took it at sportsfit in athens.
hmmm, well i can't answer the question about their facility since i was just there for the class, and got in as a guest of erin's, but it looked nice enough from what i saw.
i can answer the zumba ques though since i teach it...zumba is an aerobics class that incorporates some latin dance moves, and latin (and other tropical) music. it's really more like a party than an aerobics class!!
lots of fun!! every class is different, but still VERY fun!!
