I'm eating the yummiest.salad.ever!
Yes, this is me getting excited over salad! LOL!
I bought a salad from Target the other day in the produce/deli section where they have ready-made foods. They call it the California Chicken Salad and I loved it so much that I decided it would be cheaper to buy all the ingredients so I could make my own at home whenever I was craving it.
This is what it has in it:
Baby Romaine (or Spring Mix)
Grilled Chicken (I got the little refrigerated grilled strips in a package)
Walnuts
Dried Cherries
Goat Cheese (my fav)
Target's comes with a yummy dressing, but I just whisked together some really good EVOO, white wine vinegar, S&P. Just thought I'd share in case anyone needs a lunch idea or Easter salad idea ;-)
