AW: take that manager!!!
As most of you know I'm not happy here with my job and manager. So over the past 2 wks, I received not only 1 but TWO compliments from clients. One came from my client and is a really difficult one to work with - so the compliment was wonderful to hear!!!! The second one was from a former client (my co-worker has them since she came to the team) and while I've been filling in since my co-worker is out - they sent me a great compliment as well.
So take that manager!!! I think it's more important our clients are happy (they are the ones paying the bills!!!) and can see how great I am to work with, even if he can't!!!!

yes, it definitely made it a little easier. He emailed me and stated we should talk more to see what I REALLY want to be doing - duh, shouldn't we have done that when you became my mngr?!?!!? ha.
Then later yesterday our Exec VP emailed me and stated how awesome this was and what an asset I am to the co. he he!!!!
I don't think he'll be saying too many negative things about me anytime soon!!! I just gotta keep doing my best.
