Please recommend your realtor and loan officer
Hello!!! We've been looking at some houses on Realtor.com and cbgundaker.com, and since we'll be visiting in a at the end of next week we're scheduling to go check out some houses... So things are starting to get more "serious" :-) And therefore I would like to get some good realtor and loan officer recommendations.
Any possitive (or negative) experience would help us a lot, since we don't know anybody right now.

We use Don Engelmeyer - he is very knowledgeable and laid back. His office is in St. Peters (Phone: 636-928-1180) but he will go pretty much anywhere (we're in Eureka and he has no problem coming down here). We got our last loan through a woman Don knows, and had no problems there either. We plan on using both of them when we move again.

Our Loan officer was Lisa Boaz at West Community Credit Union, can not say enough nice things about her. She has been with them for 15+ years and really knows her stuff. Any questions I had she responded immediately and I even had to call her a year later, when PHH sent us a bill for yearly taxes on our new house that we did not live in at the time. She went over and beyond to get it corrected and we ended up getting a $500.00 credit. Highly Rec!!!
