landscaper & housekeeper rec's?
We live in Vancouver and I'm looking for:
1. A landscaper that we can just hire to come do some "clean-up" on our yard, nothing major, just get rid of the weeds that are taking over, trim up the trees, etc.
2. A housekeeper to come 1-2x per month after I go back to work next month. I do NOT want to use a company such as Merry Maids, but would prefer an individual.
Any recommendations? Since we're in Vancouver we'd need someone who's either already on, or willing to come to this side of the river.

We hired a really bad guy who did some cleanup, chopped up some bushes, and pulled out the wrong tree. Then we hired Rich Miller to come in and fix everything. He and his guys did a great job, and we thought his price was really reasonable for all the work they did. We ended up hiring him to do monthly maintenance. He comes once a week in the spring and summer and twice a month in the fall and winter.
