"Off the muscle.." ??
What is with this?
Is this some new steet slang? Am I just getting old and out of the loop? Today I have had two different clients use this phrase and I have never heard it before.
Here is an example of how it was used -
"But, off the muscle, though, for real, do you think I am going to jail?"
Have you heard this? lol
Re: "Off the muscle.." ??
ok, my assistant just told me it is just another way of saying "ya know what I mean?"
LOL - I thought I was down with the lingo, guess not!
Thanks for the tip! LOL
DOH! Why didn't I read this first?
How in the hell does "off the muscle" translate into "you know what I mean?"

LMAO..... this whole thread has me giggling...
SOOOOO going off to google it.
Not really sure, and this is reaching... maybe it's a slang for off the cuff?
Put it into urban dictionary and see if you come up with what I did... (think where the cuff of a sleeve is...)
But "off the cuff" doesn't mean "you know what I mean" either... I'm confused...
Yeah, it is kind of reaching. Maybe it's something along the lines of, I know you weren't planning on telling me, but tell me anyway or I will use my muscle? (Since off the cuff = impromptu)
Oh I don't know. I am so not down with the lingo.
LOL! You guys are cracking me up!
This makes me feel super old! I'm definitely not up on the new slang.
:P
