Is the photo in your signature taken at a restaurant in the Keys?  It looks SO much like the restaurant that we love down there!

  • Hey Jenn!

Yes, it's in the Keys!!  I have to admit I am drawing a blank with the name.  We love it down there.  Have you eaten at Lazy Days before?  It has the best seafood (if you like seafood) and cool atmosphere.  Also, have you heard of Azul Del Mar?  It's a very private, romantic 5 room resort that is awesome.  The owner is English and has sailed all around the world.  He is so interesting to talk with.  It's an adult only resort so if you and your hubby take a getaway trip without your baby it's a cool place to go:)

  • I can't remember the name of it either!  Funny thing is, we've only actually stayed down in the Keys once, but we love that restaurant so much that any time we're in Fort Lauderdale or south Florida, we drive down to have a drink there. :)  I've never heard of Lazy Days, but I'll have to check it out sometime!

We're thinking of taking a trip down to the Keys this fall, although I admit, I really, really would love to go out to Cali!

Have you traveled much with your daughter?

  • We do travel with Mia.  However, we take "mini" trips around Florida since I stay at home and we are on one income.  She is a great traveler.  It can be exhausting though - LOL.  And it's suppose to be a vacation right??!!  We haven't been to Cali, but it's on our list to visit someday!  We love going to new places even it's just a day getaway or a weekend getaway.  Have you traveled with your little one yet?
  • I hear ya on making things work on one income!  We took Collin down to Vero Beach when he was 5 months old. He was so young, it made for an easy trip!  I've flown to Michigan with him maybe a half dozen times...but we just stay with family, so it's not a hectic trip. (although flying alone with a baby is an adventure in itself! lol)
