I am hoping to start this coming Monday. I'm so happy, this position sounds awesome.
Salary is decent. Not what I was making before but better than what I was hoping, and better than unemployment.

Good, good. I don't know about AZ, but out here you have to take a venipuncture class as well, will you need to do that?
My biggest tip is don't necessarily go for the vein you can see, go for the one you can sorta see but really feel.
I have big, somewhat deep veins. The only time I've had trouble with blood draws is when the tech goes for the really small superficial one right next door. That one always bursts and bruises like a mofo.
Kuus, no more freaking crazy travel. I'll have to go to meetings a few times a year and I'll have to drive between the office closest to my house and downtown (no big deal). I will probably work some weekends, late nights, or early mornings. But no more Sunday flights, sitting in the hotel room trying to work, or eating whatever crap room service has. I'll be home every night.
I'm going to be seeing patients at a research facility for respiratory studies.
