Hanging Flower Baskets- recommendations?
don't laugh.. I do not know a single thing about gardening. My SIL asked for emtpy hanging flower baskets for her birthday. Where should I look? I found the same kit sold at Target and BBBeyond but it had bad reviews. Is there a particular type I should look for? TIA! What is the typical size- 14?
