due in Feb, xmas gift ideas from baby?

with baby on board, we don't want to spend a lot on gifts for the families. what can be 'from baby' to the grandparents-to-be? what about the uncles-and-aunts-to-be, too? I was thinking of finding bibs that says stuff like "I love grandma", etc.  but what else?

You could get a frame that say I love grandma/grandpa/aunt/uncle and put a picture of an ultrasound in there.

...I don't understand the bib thing, It would be like getting something for a baby but giving it to the grandparents who would probably then just put it on the baby.  I like the ultrasound picture frame better, but I don't think It's really necessary to get a from baby present.  You can save the money and just sign the cards "Love X, X, and future X"

This.  And, as I have 8 nieces and nephews.  I would not want 8 pictures of ultrasounds and frames, etc.  How is a picture of an ultrasound a gift?  Just give a normal gift.

I'd give a present to your DH from baby, like a newborn onesie that says something about daddy (my daddy gives the best hugs, or daddy's little angel, etc) and call it good. I would not get gifts from the baby for anyone else.
