Anyone know what this is?
I posted this also on the decorating and renovating board but something tells me this goes outside... So I was hope someone here might be able to figure out what this is. I got it as a wedding gift and I really want to use it but I have no idea what it's for. It's got a big whole in the bottom and a base so you can like lift it and put something inside. A plant maybe? Any ideas?

It looks like an incense cone cover to me.
Also, it's a hole, not whole.
