YES! I am so happy for Fall! I really want to bust out more of my Halloweenish decor...but I might give it one more week. Michael's was killing me with all their stuff yesterday though....god!

I'm ready for some warm fall cooking I'm making potato corn chowder (courtesy of Harry and David's ) tonight with some big fluffly biscuits, and I think I'm going to make sh!t on shingles (otherwise known as chipped beef) before the week is over... I looooove fall food....

I'm ready for the cooler weather.  I still hope that we can be in our house by Halloween.  It's gonna be tough.  This past weekend DH decided to be dumb and try to break a porcelean soap dish off the bathroom wall with his hand.  He got lucky the first time but not the second.  So now he has a huge gash in the palm of his hand.  It set us back but I think we can recover.

Happy Fall!!!  I put my wreath up Saturday!  The only halloween decor i have are dish towels, but I plan on carving a pumpkin or two next month.

I bought my first fall decorations yesterday at Dollar General.  I got a cute 2ft scarecrow, a couple of ceramic pumpkins, a door mat, and some pumpkin candles.  I'm not sure how well the mat will hold up or how the candles will smell but I'm excited.  We're having a cookout Saturday before the game so I want to get a few more things from Hobby Lobby or Michael's and pick up some mums.  Exciting!

Holy smokes....can I just tell you guys how exciting this is!!  I have had my fall decorations out for like 2 weeks now..lol   I finally got my mums all potted and looking pretty last week.  Now all I need is to get me a few pumpkins for the front walkway.

Oh....and I am super excited for Homestead Hollow.  I always find such pretty decorations and potted plants there!
