I just finished my 30 min on the treadmill and feel great!

i never posted that I wanted to join...but I do!
I usually workout after work, so i'll post last night's. I did about 35 min on the treadmill...20 min run/15 walk on a slight incline
Well, I got home and was almost too excited about my Sex and the City movie coming in the mail...LOL, BUT. I suited up and decided to take advantage of the GREAT weather we are having and I walked around my neighborhood for about 30 minutes. It was nice to do something other than run/walk on the treadmill.
I don't know what I will do today...
eh, nothing exciting to report. I didn't cook a nice, healthy dinner like I normally do... But I'm just now completely recovered from that stomach bug and I wanted a nice, hearty dinner to fill up my tummy. One day after I've finally felt back at 100% I have some kind of a sinus issue or a headcold =( my immune system seems to be low...
But! I lined up a belly dancing workout DVD on netflix! We should get it on Thursday!
I did an hour weight training workout with my trainer last night.
I did very good with my eating yesterday. I had Fiber One pop tarts for breakfast, a 100 calorie pack for my snack, two BL sandwiches (think BLT but without the T) using turkey bacon and light miracle whip on 45 calorie wheat bread, Fiber one bar for my snack, and cereal for dinner. LOL
All I've had today was a chicken biscuit from chick-fil-a (kinda bad I know) with a diet lemonade. For lunch I brought a healthy choice chicken marsala cafe steamer. I haven't tried that yet. I hope it's good.
This morning I walked around the neighborhood for about 40 minutes. I'm not sure about distance. I've been having some joint pain issues, so I have been taking it easy on the exercise. I have an dr. appointment with a specialist today. Hopefully they can point me in the right direction for exercise.
I had a Fiber One pop tart this morning (cinnamon and brown sugar). I will try to do something healthy for lunch. For dinner we are heaving black bean burritos. I'm not sure if that is really healthy though.
Yep, a couple of us around here are right there with ya on the frequent migranes. They really do suck the life out of you :

Over in sketchville off of Sparkman Drive. Cosmos Fitness. $5 a class for nonmembers... Riviera isn't doing the same program anymore and I wanted to stick with the program I paid $300 to get certified in.
I'm doing pretty well! I got a little encouragement today actually... I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago and felt like I was having a "fat" day... sure enough, today at my followup visit I weighed 3 pounds less. Yess!!!
Didn't exercise last night, but I'm planning on doing something tonight. Ask me tomorrow if I did!
I am doing my walk tonight. Hopefully I can get a few good miles in before I have to get ready for work
Today is going to be a little tougher eating for me. I have been up all day....but I am working 11pm-7am tonight. It is hard to spread out my calories for all day....and then all night!
I'm a bit late..
I didn't work out yesterday because I had a major headache. BUT I did pretty well eating yesterday. I had a blueberry muffin for breakfast and made a nice grilled chicken salad for lunch. Dinner was a small chicken pot pie. I was still kind of bad with snacks, but not as bad as normal.
Today I'm going to go shoot around and workout after.?

I am on Topamax, and Midrin for when I get them, I have Loratab and Phenagen when they hit really bad, I had taken all of the above yesterday 1/2 of the loratab and phen. but still had no relief. With a 2 yr old screaming at ya, it's kind of hard just to hide in the dark. lol.
