Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Screen name Question

So I want to change/update my screen name but I am getting so frustrated because I only have 1 email address and I don't want to create a new one just to get a new screen name.. who how to I contact someone about deactivating this account and creating a new one.

  • I'm not sure how to delete an old name but I just wanted to say I love your new siggy picture!!!

  • I think you have to message NestAnni or something like that.  From what I know, it doesn't happen immediately though.

    Honestly, I created a new gmail account for this new sn, and never even logged in after creating it.  It just sits there.

  • I know some girls on TB were able to e-mail a knot/nest/bump employee (ie NestAnni) requesting their old points be transferred over to their new SN because they didn't want to be a newb again and their request was accepted. You should try e-mailing her to see what she can do to help you.
