Consignment Store?

Has anyone taken an clothes to a consignment store in the city?

 I recently went through my closet and took a bunch of items to Plato's Closet (for the first time ever).  They took a fair amount of things, but a lot of my nicer things (True Religions, Lacoste, Polo), they didn't take.  I'm trying to find a consignment store to take them to. It's at least worth a shot right?

Try Elliott's on Broadway & Wellington or Lincoln & Fullerton. I find their stuff better quality than Plato's.

There's also a consignment store on southport (near grace, I think). I've never been in it, but Southport is a boutique-y street, so maybe they'll take those higher end clothes?

 I live off Southport and considered here, but their hours haven't worked for my schedule.

 They do have good stuff though.  Last summer I found Marc Jacobs flats there and since they were having a 50% off store sale, they were $49, originally $300!
