another Costco rave

In addition to those brown rice crisps that were discussed last week, I picked up some Artichoke and Jalapeno Dip.

Yum! It is surprisingly low in calories for 2 Tbsp (and no, you can not just eat that amount). You can eat it hot or cold but it is best eaten when hot.

Pair it with those brown rice crisps and you have a yummy snack!

Yes, you can hate me now. Devil

Re: another Costco rave

  • I'm glad you like the brown rice chips!! I've had the artichoke dip-YUM!
  • I have another friend who RAVED about it.  I got it.  Not impressed.  Guess it's just me.
  • I agree, its very good. I've made it w/ the Pilsbury pre made pie crust, and cut them to fit into mini muffin pans, and then fill w/ the artichoke dip...bake about 10 minutes I think... OH sooo yummy!!!
  • I have had this dip before too and it is so good! Now I'm craving some...how can I convince DH we need to go on a Costco run haha.

  • Thanks for posting...I've been looking at it but it's a big container to jump in and just "try".  We'll be going tomorrow anyway so I'll have to add this to the shopping list...or maybe I'll wait till close to Christmas and have it as an app in the muffin cups since as of yesterday I'm hosting Christmas brunch.

  • We used to get that dip with the multi grain crackers for lunch back in my retail days and share it with the whole crew. Yum!
