Dh says to me last night "I want to go to Garden Ridge so I can pick out a shelf (for his models), and maybe we can go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels this weekend too (also...for his models...LOL)"

Oh you lucky thing! If I even *mention* going to any of the above he says something along the lines of the wedding being over and yadda yadda.  He also breaks out the "if only I had an iphone for times like these".  I think he secretly loves Hobby Lobby, just doesn't want to admit it!

I think I would have a heart attack if DH said "let's go to hobby lobby".  He hates those stores and everytime I get him to go he just complains to the point where it isn't even fun for me.

That is hilarious. My DH has gone to Hobby Lobby with me before... made me tell him EXACTLY what I was going to buy before going into the store and then told me he was just going to wait in the car!

It is ALL because he discovered that they sell model building stuff....otherwise, it would still be a struggle. I actually had to pull him out of Michael's the other day. LOL

I have called him a few times over the last few weeks...and he has been like "Hey, I am in Hobby Town right now" LOL....that is a smaller, more masculine, hobby store close to our house. LOL...it totally makes me laugh though.

You go girl!  The few times DH has gone with me to Hobby Lobby guess what he has looked at...that's right...models!  Not that he's into it or anything but I think that's just a guy thing.

Lauren, I really wish Brandon could some how rub off on Jason to get back into doing models. He used to do them ALL THE TIME growing up and now he doesn't really do them anymore = He needs a hobby that doesn't involve a harddrive! LOL!

LOL....brandon said that jason was kind of jealous of his little model workshop downstairs... LOL he should totally get back into it....

now that b has the airbrush setup and all...it is like all he does...well that, and play flight simulator...

brandon has been seriously talking about getting his sport light pilots license the last few days...so i think he is about to really go head first into his hobby in a big way.... eeek!
