pics with Tine

I have a bpics session with her next Wednesday and I'm a bit nervous. For those of you who have used her ... what was the session like? I'm having them taken at her studio .... was it warm or cold? Also, I feel like it would be more comfortable after 1-2 drinks or with music playing ... did you do that at all? Thanks - any advice would be appreciated!

She did my B-pics the month before my wedding last year.  I thought I was going to be really nervous/shy, but I wasn't one single bit.  She did mine at my house, but walked in, looked around w/ me to check out the rooms and lighting, then rummaged my closet to help me pick out some outfits to wear.  I was so comfortable w/ her.  She was very professional, complimentative, supportive, caring, you name it.  It was a lot of fun.  If you are nervous, just tell her and she will put you at ease.  GL and have fun!!

I did a marathon session at a local hotel, Nancy D was there doing makeup.  I think you'll be fine.  Tine has a fairly laid back European attitude about everything.  She was very good about taking flattering pics & hiding my trouble spots.  I hate, hate, hate my stomach but by the end I didn't care if they saw anything.  I would take way more outfits than you think you'll use & let her pick a few combos.  I brought an Amy Winehouse CD but that was it.  It was March but I don't remember feeling cold.

This puts my mind at ease. My stomach is my trouble spot too and I am pretty self conscious about it. 

Nancy will prob be doing my makeup too.

Re: music -- did she play some even if you didn't bring any?

Also, if you're willing to share some pics from either of your shoots, that would be awesome ... I'm trying to get ideas on what to wear.

I did bpics with Tine during the same marathon sessions Daves_Sweetpea did.  It was a blast.  Tine is freaking awesome.  She will put you at ease within minutes.  I'm a curvy girl and by the end, I didn't care about baring whatever so you will be fine.  Just take some tunes that make you feel good and if you want to have a cocktail during the session, that would be totally appropriate.

I didn't do them with Tine (general photo and bpic GODDESS!) but did them with another photog that was doing a free marathon session to get her portfolio built up.  I'll send you a few photos to give you some ideas.

You're in good hands.  Relax and have a wonderful time!

You are in great hands! Tine is amazing, and makes everything so comfortable for you.

I did mine in my apartment before we got married two years ago so I did have a little sippy sippy as Tine walked in the door, and she encouraged it. LOL!

After ten minutes with her you will be surprised how free you get.
