Girls trip to Scottsdale this weekend. Any Fashion advice?
I will be taking a little girl's get-a-way trip to Scottsdale this weekend. I know it's also the Phoenix open this weekend, so I've heard it will be busy. This is all of our first time going there. We will be staying at the Hotel Valley Ho. My question is, what kind of clothes would be good to bring for our nights out? Is it kind of dressy or casual? Is it similar to Vegas at all? TIA!

I guess when I say similar to Vegas, I mean, do people dress up to the nines or are jeans and a cute top ok?
jeans and a cute top (maybe some cute heels or something) are totally fine for the places out here. well, imo anyway.

I def. think it depends on where you go. I think jeans with a cute/sexy top and sexy heels is good enough. It's going to be chilly too so take that into consideration.

i agree esp this weekend with the open!! my work is hosting some out of towners at the valley ho and boy are they all dressed up there!!
In Scottsdale, I've found that when you go out, people tend to be dressier than at other nightclubs/bars in other areas of the valley. However, you will see a range from nice jeans and nice/sexy top (often with heels) to much more dressed up.
In general, Phoenix and the Phoenix area is far more casual than like the northeast (or so many of my northeastern friends tell me). But I think Scottsdale tends to be a bit dressier (at least that's been my experience - from growing up on the northwest side to working in Scottsdale).
Anyway, I think you would definitely fit in at the Scottsdale clubs dressing like you would for Vegas, but it's not really necessary to get as dressed up if you don't want.
