What are some good options for breakfast?
Currently I am going back and forth between a Lenders blurberry bagel with a tiny bit of butter and a WW Egg and Cheese English Muffin.
I need help as I dont want to one day have these breakfasts turn in to a million pounds. haha

When I was pg, I ate peanut butter like crazy. I had peanut butter toast a lot for breakfast. And peanut butter cups. And peanut butter captain crunch. And sometimes, just peanut butter. So obviously my pg eating habits probably aren't what you're looking for.
Lately, though, my breakfast of choice has been a plain toasted Thomas bagel thin with reduced fat cream cheese, a cup or so of fruit (today it's grapes, yesterday blueberries), and yoplait's fiber one yogurt. (It's actually pretty tasty.) I find that this keeps me pretty satisfied for awhile.
My silly Lily is almost 4.
I am not a breakfast eater at all. I am the kind of person who drinks my coffee and then won't think of food until 2:00. Bad, I know. Obviously, I have to change my habits while I'm pregnant. Since it's hard for me to wake up and eat right away, I keep it simple. Like Kate, most often it involves peanut butter. I go for natural PB on either on a whole wheat english muffin (what I'm eating right now) or wheat toast, or occasionally a bagel or rice cake. The pregnant me loves PB even more than the non-pregnant me, and it's a healthy way to start the day with protein, plus it's filling.
Other ideas... greek yogurt with granola and/or fruit (greek yogurt has a lot more protein than regular yogurt, just make sure your granola isn't loaded with fat).
Banana or apple slices with PB.
Another yummy thing is to make quick cooking oatmeal, replace part of the water with canned pumpkin puree, and once you've cooked it, stir in some PB and drizzle with honey. Sounds odd, but it's amazing, and ready in minutes.
Or a bagel, with low fat cream cheese and topped with tomato slices.
