Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

T&Ps needed please!!
One of my very best friends had an ultrasound yesterday. She is 19 weeks pregnant and was going to find out the gender and have a full scan to see if the baby was doing ok. Turns out its a girl (YAY!!) but they also found the baby had a thick neck (which I guess means increased levels of cerebrospinal fluid), a small nasal bone, and a possible heart condition. The doctor suggested they see a Perinatologist for an amnio to confirm what he suspects to be either Down's Syndrome or worse, Trisomy 18. They have to wait until MONDAY to see the specialist. That seems like an eternity when you are worried about the safety and future of your baby. Needless to say she and her DH are a wreck. I know alot of you ladies are pregnant with beautiful and healthy babies. Please give a little extra T&P for my best friend
