I made the chicken picatta from your blog last night. H loved it. I did too, but I wasn't sure how he would feel about the mushrooms. It was a big hit

I also made brown rice and it was a good twist. I am curious though, how would you have thickened it? (in your post you said you were going to but forgot) Thanks!!

I am so glad you and your H liked it. Like Chelsea, I use cornstarch to thicken sauces. (Depending on how much sauce you have to thicken, dissolve a little cornstarch in a little bit of cold water, pour it in slowly and bring to a boil for a minute or two.)
That's awesome that you already able to get back to cooking with 2 babies! I'm not looking forward to not cooking as much for a while.
