Arg my phone and the nest has eaten this post twice. Third time is a charm.......wanted to tell you the stone is also my favorite. Like, has made me cry hearing it live. I am such a sap. Also, my ceremony music for the wedding was all dave. I had a musician friend play acoustic guitar and the bridal party processional was to instumental #34 and I walked down the aisle to the instrumental intro (non-album) to one sweet world. i t still makes me smile at how different and meaningful to me the ceremony music was. And aside from my best friend and one cousin, I guaruntee no one had any clue what it was haha. Sooo can we be dmb friends? I haven't been to a show since 03 bc I needed a hiatus after 18 shows but I want to go back.

I'll admit that I used to listen to Stone over and over, like 30 times in a row- and I was like 22, not a teenager. I had DMB lyrics in my wedding program and had lots of songs played especially during cocktail and dinner. It's funny, my H is more into hip-hop/rap and I'm more alt rock, but DMB is our middle ground, so it's been a big part of our relationship. It mkaes me think of my pregnancy with Beckett, my wedding, vacations, etc.
We go every year to a show. My best friend (an Ali, who met her H on Jdate
) comes from CA and we get lots of friends and go and tailgate and have a blast. We are soooooo sad they are taking this year off from touring. Maybe next year you will have to come with us!
