Re: AMA: Jen812
I love the Pats & Sox. H & I try to go to a lot of Pats games every year, especially that it's so close.
I have a huge crush on Theo Epstein.
I would love to have dinner with him. He seems like a genuinely nice/ cool person.
I'm not a huge fan of basketball & hockey in general, but actually going to a game is a lot more fun than watching it on tv.
MH is a huge Boston sports fan. In fact his 'man cave' is completely decorated with all sorts of Boston sports memorabilia/ pictures, etc.
He is on my list (a la friends)
I'm the same way. Huge Pats Sox (love living in Tampa you can see them 16 times a year. and now the Rays have Johnny and Many)
I feel the same way about hockey and basketball. Basketball I actually am starting to like more. Our dog is Pierce.. and the last 2 christmas we go to the Celtic Magic game.
I think our H's would be best friends. His Man cave is the same. Actually our house has Boston stuff all over it.
LOL. I bet they would. MH would talk for hours to anyone about anything sports related.
H was trying to name our female puppy, Fenway. Her name is Chilly.
Do you have any pictures of the man cave? I have tons of sports crap (a lot of New England sports teams) and I'd love inspiration.
Does this picture make you smile?
What's the most amount of money you ever spent on a ticket to a sporting event?

What is the worst experience you have ever had?
What is the best thing that has happened to you?
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Plans for kids in the future? How many?
People are mad at you because of something that happened that was not your fault. You made all the arrangements and then find out someone changed something on you. But still co-workers are mad at you. Do you shoulder the blame or deny it? (I'm dealing with this right now, we have one provider and a 2hr wait. No one told me about the wait so I could call our director. Our other dr is out until 1pm and someone changed his schedule to show he would be here at 1130. I've got big shoulders and I will take the blame).
What's your favorite wine?
What's your favorite color?
What's your favorite thing about The Nest?
Have you ever met any Nesties in person? {I'm new so I don't know if there was a get together or anything!}
I will be out of town that day
At some point in 2008 most of the Boston board revolted from the nest and they created their own message board. I'm pretty sure I have the link on my old desktop that I could getfor you. There were some nice ladies on that board, but who knows who is on it now - It's been a good year and a half to two years since I've been on it.

Interesting. Do you know why?
It was when thenest changed format and kept crashing - a bunch of them hated it, so they created a new message board. I just looked over on the Boston board and didn't recognize a single name and I went back about five or six pages.

Oh ok. Maybe I should go lurk... maybe they've changed.
I'm late, but it's technically still today.
I want to know more about your opinions on dance. Do yo watch So You Think You Can Dance? If so, favorites or opinions? If not, do you have a favorite of your own?
What other hobbies besides dance?
My silly Lily is almost 4.
Yay! One more for the night!
I love SYTYCD. Unfortunately, it usually comes on while I'm teaching & I have to DVR it. Then, I never get around to watching it, or the DVR acts up & I miss a lot.
What I like most about it is the choreography. It sparks my creativity & gives me some fresh ideas. It also inspires my students. Since that show has been on tv, I've noticed they work harder to be able to do the things they see on the show. It's a win/win all around.
What I don't like, is how they play up the 'back stories' of the contestants. Like Sabra, from a couple of seasons ago. They made it sound like she's never danced before, when in fact, she had really good training. She just started taking it seriously a lot later than most. Most of the contestants have been very successful in the dance world prior to being on the show, touring with Janet Jackson, performing in Broadway musicals, etc. They just make it out like this is their first big break.
Every season I know somebody that makes it to Vegas, but they haven't made the top 10 yet.
Other hobbies... ummmm... nothing exciting. I love traveling, but don't get to do too much of that. I've been really enjoying fixing up our house. I want to plant some vegetables when the weather is warm enough. I like boating, but don't get to do that enough either. I go through reading phases (right now isn't one of them). The puppy takes up a lot of my free time. I'm pretty dull.
