Anyone hire someone to clean their windows?

I'm looking to hire someone to come and clean all the windows in our house. Just seems like a task that never gets done because: it takes too long/they never really look clean even after we attempt to clean them/my husband doesn't have time/some windows are too high to reach/we're lazy etc...

So does anyone here hire someone to clean their windows? Any recommendations? Also, how much does it usually cost per window?

Thanks!

Re: Anyone hire someone to clean their windows?

  • My cleaning company does them for additional charge of 10 per window. You have to call ahead and let them know you want it done before your cleaning so they can staff/plan accordingly. I've done it once or twice but we have A LOT of windows, 10 in my living room alone, so thats 100 JUST for the living room! Not sure what other companies charge.

  • We just had our done last week (I guess I should've looked ahead to know that it was going to rain yesterday....but they still look good. I used the company Squeeky Kleen www.squeekykleenwindows.com/

They did an amazing job! They took off all the screens and brush cleaned them, cleaned all the windows in and out by hand, cleaned all the tracks and sill. We have a pretty big house and it was $250. It took a 3 man crew about 2 hours to complete the job. You can call and they can give you a price over the phone. I would def recommend them.

Also, I found the same coupon on their website! I called and got a quote. Very reasonable!
