Can you help me identify all our new plants/flowers? (PIP heavy)

We moved into a new house and have a ton of things I have no idea what they are so I don't know how to care for them.  The prior owner created an "English Garden" and I'd like to try to keep it up.  Any help would be much appreciated!!!

1. This is looking into our neighbor's yard.  What is the yellow flowered bush?

7. Oakleaf hydrangea

8. Some fuzzy little perennial I can't remember the name of.

9. Got nuthin.

10. Laurel, of which Otto Luyken's one of the more common varieties.

Number 8 looks like coneflower (Echinacea).

does the last one have bits of pink, silver and green leaves???  then i believe it's a hakuro nishiki or tri-color willow.

9 may be a variety of mum or daisy, you will probably have a better idea as it develops later in the season.

I second number 8 as coneflower and number 9 is a Shasta Daisy.
