Dr Update
So I woke up unable to move out of bed again, decided to follow up with my regular doctor today like my OB said to do, but I was going to try and wait until Friday.
Well good news is it is not any organs, so it seems.
Bad news: A pinched nerve in the dimple of my back, I am on "light duty" at work, no lifting over 10lbs and Physical Therapy 3 times a week for at least the next month and then re-evaluate my back. So now I can't pick up Jack technically.
15 more weeks and counting.
