what is this plant?
Can anyone tell me what this is??
This is my second summer battling this annoying plant. It's conquered a 5x8' section of my yard, and I cannot get rid of it. I tried cutting it down, digging it up, spraying it with weed killer... and still it comes back. It looks like a weed to me, but it's in what looks like a flower bed next to a big boulder. So I'm thinking the previous owners actually wanted it there? It's small now, but gets 4ft tall.

It looks kinda like a mosquito plant. You may smell it and see if it smells like citronella
