AW: Yay for me!
I totally have to brag on myself for a minute. I had my mid-year performance review at work today and it was AWESOME! I got Exceeding Expectations across the board and I'm over my sales goal already by 20%! One thing I discussed with my boss at the beginning of the year was my commission structure and how I felt it needed to be structured differently based on many factors. Well he told me in my review this morning that he agrees and my structure will be much more favorable now! What a great Friday!
