I want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly so far.
Emily/Amanda is out to get these high class business people because they had a hand in getting her father put behind bars in order to protect themselves?
Her father was accused of being a terrorist for a flight? And in the last episode it was revealed Billy was her dad's best friend and testified against her father?
Emily is now dating Daniel and Victoria has found out that between 16-18 there is no record of her at all. So is Emily out to hurt Daniel as well or just Victoria?

Yes. If you're going to keep watching, I highly suggest finding a way to see the first episode.
Daniel ends up getting murdered in the first few seconds of the show. Pressumably by Emily, but we didn't see who shot him so it could've been the rich nerdy guy or who knows... someone else we haven't met yet?
I saw the first episode I was just making sure I didn't miss anything. I think maybe the guy murdered could be the guy that just beat the crap out of Declan since Jake was possibly the shooter?
Nolan as the shooter seems to obvious but I think that it started as Emily's revenge and a few others added on because of their own issues with the top tier. I hope the show stays on, I need to know how this unfolds.

I really like it. I think I've read a few articles that it has had a solid start, so I don't think it's on the chopping block yet.
I don't think Emily or Nolan will have had anything to do with Daniel's death. I'm not sure who it is. How adorable is Jack? (Is that the name of the bartender guy with the boat?) I was sad when the dad had a heart attack and I kind of find Declan a little obnoxious.

I've been thinking this too and I thought it may have something to do with the cocktail waitress who was seriously injured/killed in a car crash with Daniel the Summer before.
