Do you get your husband a V Day gift?

We normally don't make a big deal of v day since our anniversary is so close but I think I want to get him a few small things this year.  Any ideas? What do you get YH?

yes. What I get varies from year to year. This year it is to be chocolate covered pretzels and a beard trimmer (he just grew one recently and he has mentioned gettting one.)

I just got Ed a small gift from his wishlist on Amazon.  2 CDs. Nothing too extravagant.  We don't even bother doing dinner since my birthday is the next day...we pretty much combine it into that celebration.

I got him a giants Super Bowl shirt.  Usually we don't exchange but since they won I thought he would like it

I got US a couple of spa treatments together. This way, he's off the hook, and we're doing something together. Of course, he went ahead and got me a Pronger Flyers jersey anyway.. but that's the most extravagant we've been for each other on V-tines Day in YEARS. Usually cards, flowers and out to eat at some point during the month, is the norm.

I made him a video montage from the girls on One True Media (thanks Dana!!!!).  It's a combo Vday/bday gift as his bday is the 15th.  I am soooo in love with it I can hardly wait for him to see it.

I'm getting him a Super Bowl hat from Julia. We Usually don't exchange but since they won it's a good time toget him one. I usually make a nicer dinner.

we've never been big into it- a couple small cheesy gifts.  sometimes flowers or balloons from him.  this year, def nothing with him being unemployed but i won't miss it.  he usually has to work anyway

Not really. But the other day I was having a Jenny Craig meltdown and went into CVS with the intent of going on a candy bender. I saw Russell Stover Creams were on sale- buy 1 get 1 free so I got one for him and one for me. I've been eating mine over the past two days- his is in the car. To insure I wouldn't inhale that box too I made sure to buy him "just dark" or something- what I don't like. And a card.
