Anyone cooking something nice tomorrow?

I have a game and we won't be home until 7.  I want to have a nicer dinner after Julia goes to bed, but I don't have a ton of time right before dinner.  Anything I can prep during the day and put together after.  Or anything casserole-ish but nice?

I usually do heart-shaped ravioli in pink vodka sauce... I won't have much time for that tomorrow night - thinking maybe we'll go out and do something sweet with Alexis - like taking her to Friendly's, lol.

I'd like to (I usually do) but I won't get home till close to 7 and plus MIL will be with us so it's not like romance will be filling the air, lol.

I love this - we have it a handful of times a year so it's not that "special" for us, but might be for you -  Pastitsio

Corey might be doing a class at the rink tomorrow night.  I didn't cook for tonight since we have leftovers in the frig so I am guessing tomorrow during the day I will either make minestrone or shepherds pie since Corey wanted that tonight.

not tomorrow, we celebrated last night. Glenn gets home at 7:30 most nights. Ours was quick though, filets and scallops and baked potato, not alot of prep!

shrimp & linguine...boil up a lb of macaroni, sautee garlic in olive oil, throw some shrimp in there for a few minutes...20  minutes to make...

I am just making a ny strip steak, pan seared scallops and grilled asparagus. Dinner will be on the table in 30 minutes or less!

we got invited to a friends house for dinner..so I'm off the hook for dinner..I am bringing cream puffs w/ a pink custard filling.
