Boneless pork sirloin cutlets?
....or pork butt "southern style BBQ boneless" ribs.
How would you cook either one? One package looks like boneless pork chops, I guess, and the pork butt boneless ribs looks just like it sounds, big boneless spare ribs. Maybe I'm thrown by the pork "sirloin" or that the ribs are boneless. Any recipe ideas? Tomorrow is date night, which means, open a good bottle of wine and experiment with a new recipe night.
