1. When will you decorate for the holidays? The day after Thanksgiving for us...it's a tradition!

3. What is your favorite ornament on your tree? My absolute favorite is the ornament my mom and dad gave us the Christmas after we got engaged...it's 2 bears and one of the bears is kneeling with a huge diamond and it says Engaged 2004.
4. What was the best childhood Christmas gift you ever recieved? I had a lot but I have two favorites...one was my Strawberry Shortcake kitchen that I got when I was 5 and the other was my first pair of roller skates...they were white with purple shoe laces!
1. When will you decorate for the holidays? hmm...sometime after Thanksgiving. In other words, whenever I can convince DH to put the tree up.

3. What is your favorite ornament on your tree? Hmm...We got an new ornament that we haven't used yet. It's of a bride and groom and it's really nice.
4. What was the best childhood Christmas gift you ever recieved? It would have to either be my Cricket doll, or my Crimp and Curl Cabbage Patch.

I forgot I got my first Nintendo at Christmas. It had to be around 85. Did you get the one with the robot and also the gun for Duck Hunt? That robot blew..

4. What was the best childhood Christmas gift you ever recieved? It's hard to pick-My big wooden dollhouse, or my American Girl doll, Kirsten. They were given different years of course but they are the most memorable. Both are at my parents house. I'd love to give them to a daughter

1. When will you decorate for the holidays? this is sad, but I really won't because we aren't home to enjoy it. When we have kids or get a bigger house (b/c the deco's are in storage or boxes) then I'll do it.
2. What is your favorite Christmas carol? I like most if not all the hymns that are sung at church.
3. What is your favorite ornament on your tree? I have many as my mom gave us all from our childhood (she separated them out), many w/my name on them

What was the best childhood Christmas gift you ever recieved? for some reason one year I just HAD to have a cowgirl outfit, we have a pic of me in it and I was prob six - that's the one that sticks out in my mind, but when I was 13 (just b/f my dad got sick) my parents got me my birthstone in a ring (opal) and to this day it's my fav present from my dad
I had a Crimp and Curl Cabbage patch doll, too! I loooved her. Her name was Leslie Eileen. She was the American Girl doll's little sister. LOL.
Also, there was a Crimp and Curl Pony, and you did its mane and tail..too funny. I had that as well, haha.

1. When will you decorate for the holidays? As soon after Thanksgiving as possible. Would love to do it TG Day if possible
2. What is your favorite Christmas carol? I love Silent Night by Mannheim Steamroller (Lauren is LHAO right now) and I love Oh Holy Night
3. What is your favorite ornament on your tree? you will laugh...Lauren and David now have all the family ornaments for their trees but I saved one that was dear to me, it's a very lopsided snowman that Lauren made when she was four or five years old. It sits proudly right at the top of my very sophisticated tree.
4. What was the best childhood Christmas gift you ever recieved? Probably a Terri Lee doll and I have a little china tea set that was a present I received in elementary school from someone who drew my name. It's one of the few things that survived all these years.
i don't remember the robot...but we did get the gun for duck hunt...YES!

My dad's side of the family has 21 cousins so my gran gives us all a personalized ornament every year so I love those and then every place I travel I buy an ornament so I love reliving those memories every year. I also love my Glass blown auburn tiger eyes ornament!!!
4. What was the best childhood Christmas gift you ever recieved? I was obsessed with Sherra when I was little and one year I got her sword. I loved that thing. I took it everywhere with me. I also got two parakeets when I was 12 that I loved.

1. When will you decorate for the holidays? Sometime after thanksgiving. We usually do it the day after when I'm with my family, but it's DH's family's year for turkey day.
