As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

ugh, I feel just.......
awful. I'm so congested. I have taken mucinex (which my mother and the dr she works for swear by) and tonight will take echinechea, zinc and more vit C. I have some cough suppressents (RIIIIICOOOOLAAA!!! ha ha) and nasal spray. I know I sound like a druggy, but I travel for work W-F and do NOT want to fly all stuffed up. Then my sis and niece are in town this wknd and don't want to be miserable then either.
Please make it go away!!!! I only get this about twice a year but yuck!!!! 
ok, I'm done whining, well maybe for just a few min....... ha.
