I'm testing out a pescetarian diet (vegetarian + fish), and could really use some blog recommendations/good recipes. I've been an almost-vegetarian for years, but I'm finally making it official. I'd like to discover some tempeh/tofu recipes so I'll have good meal options, rather than having what everyone else has, just w/o the meat. Not sure if anyone else here is veg (maybe critti?), but thought it couldn't hurt to ask!

Re: Any vegetarians?
I'm not a vegetarian, but BF goes through vegetarian "spurts". I enjoy this blog... http://vegetarianlunchbox.blogspot.com/
Do you follow me on Pinterest? Most of my recent pins have been veg. I'm kind of vegetarian-ish. I don't really cook meat any more at home (occasionally fish). I will have a steak or a burger when I'm out or something, though.
I'm not a vegetarian, but H and DD both are so I only cook vegetarian these days other than the stray party food or whatever. I don't really follow many blogs (I probably should find more). When I am looking for new stuff, I usually just go Googling, but I am usually looking for easy, vegan stuff (since DS can't have dairy), which makes it easier to narrow it down.
I have probably gotten the most recipes that we like from http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/
I have also found good stuff at http://vegandad.blogspot.com/ and http://www.theppk.com/
You might also check out http://www.vegetariantimes.com/ and good old http://allrecipes.com/ (I have actually found a lot of great recipes here too).
Hope that helps!
Great suggestions! Thanks so much for the input. I haven't missed the meat at all, but it's been a challenge just thinking of ideas.
Oh - and I do follow you, okla. I'll take a look at your board.
