Do you hang white or colored lights on the tree? I like clear lights, DH likes colored lights! We'll see who wins this year!
Angel or other tree topper? If not angel what do you hang? Last year, a star. It's been bows, etc. in the past. Not sure what for this year.

Tree skirt? Yep, dh got it last year b/c we haven't had one for a few years due to the cat spraying on the first one before we got him fixed....the new one had 4 little tassles on it but they are now gone due to the cat too.

Fake or real tree? fake because I am really bad at remembering to water things and I'm afraid that the tree would get to dry and set on fire

Ohh I see that you meant what do you eat for Christmas not where. We eat it all.
Do you hang white or colored lights on the tree? Always white. When we have kids and a bigger house, I plan on having a second tree with whatever the kids want on it. Its not their fault I'm anal about white lights!

Do you have any meal traditions on Christmas? Breakfast casserole with my family. Don't get to do it every year now that DH has entered the mix.

Angel or other tree topper? If not angel what do you hang? I have two - one is just a really pretty handmade glass topper, but it broke and I haven't fixed it yet. I also have a star.

When do you put up the tree? Usually the weekend after Thanksgiving. However, this year, I think I'm just going to do a small fake one since I won't be home for half of December.
Do you have any meal traditions on Christmas? Yes - remember, I come from the Northeast. My family does fresh ravioli on Christmas eve, and roast beef on Christmas day. YUM.

When do you put up the tree? It will probably be the Sunday after Thanksgiving since the Iron Bowl is on that Saturday

Do you have any meal traditions on Christmas? My parents we do shrimp and crab legs on Christmas Eve. YUM! I can't wait.

Angel or other tree topper? If not angel what do you hang? We have a big brushed gold metallic star that has cut outs of stars and a light inside so when you turn it on it shines the pattern all over the ceiling.

When do you put up the tree? right before we leave for FL for Thanksgiving. that way it's all up when we get home
Do you have any meal traditions on Christmas? yes, usually a big breakfast at my parents house in the morning and a late 'dinner' in the afternoon. also with DH and his mom, there's some recipes passed on from his grandma, and his aunt makes this famous amazing cheesy potatoes-it's like a casserole. We have that when we get together with that side of the family.I want to go back to Ohio just to have some! lol.
