Happy Friday!!!

It's cloudy and gloomy here.  Perfect day to be home snuggled under a blanket with some soup.    Which of course I'm not.  I'm at work but I'm patiently waiting for 5:00 to get here. 

Hope everyone is having a good day.  Any weekend plans?

I'm cleaning the carpet in the nursery, the hallway, and the living this weekend.  We'll see if I make it to the other two bedrooms.  Plus I've got a test to study for and I'm going to see CATS on Sunday with my MIL.

I am going to a small festival with my best friend tomorrow. It's at a redneck bar but there will be live bluegrass music and it's on the water so as long as the flies aren't bad, it should be a good time.

Sunday my mom wants to go to the beach. I hope we go because it might be the last time till June.

It's HOT here. Not as hot as usual (only a high of 98) but still hot. Supposed to be a few degrees cooler over the weekend, but still in the 90s. I baked Snickerdoodle cookies from scratch for J's Computer Science club meeting (he's president this year). I also made some finger foods wraps. I love being hostess

This weekend J has a few friends coming up to visit. Which means LAN. 4 additional guys playing computer games nonstop from tonight until sunday. Let's see how much sleep I get this weekend haha. 

But it should be good. I have a lot of reading to do for grad school and a few papers to start, but it should be okay. I just want to veg

It is supposed to be 107 here this weekend. I am so over the hot weather, fall where are you?!

We got the news today that we have been approved for the financing on the house!!

Please everyone, enjoy the weekend for me.... I have to work.

Right now it's only 65, the air is off, and it feels great. Tomorrow will be a high of 73 so it might be a little chilly for the beach.

Good luck! I too live with a gamer, but since he mostly plays with his brothers, he goes back to his parents house to have parties. 

 No plans for this weekend J and I are both under the weather. I am actually really bored.

Haha thanks! I'm glad you understand my enjoyment and pain of this weekend. They were up until 3am this morning, and then texted him around 7am to say they were up and to come downstairs and play again. It's going to be a sleepy weekend
