Wider Calf Boots
I really want a pair of knee boots, I have a 15 and just shy of a half calf. I want to wear them with jeans, and skirts. Would a 16 circumference work? I found these http://piperlime.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=59728&vid=1&pid=402521012
Which I love, do you think these would work? Or would the calf be gaping?
Or any other suggestions under 150 in brown, or cognac

They should fit, no problem. I bought a couple pairs of Wide Calf Bandolino's last year and they are some of my fav boots - more comfy than my Frye's even.
I have a similar (if not the same) style of Bandolinos and they accomodate my 16" calves...so I would assume those would be fine.
I just got these yesterday and they fit great! They have a second zipper to accomodate large calves - what a freakin genius idea!
